Please complete this form to register your student for an ECS Entrance Exam. This exam fulfills the standardized testing requirement for admission. If your student has taken the PSAT, SSAT, Stanford, or IOWA within one year of application date, you may submit those results in lieu of this exam. Your student should bring 2 #2 sharpened pencils with erasers and a scientific calculator (optional). Payments can be made online by clicking here or by check or cash. Checks should be made payable to Evergreen Christian School and received by the deadline by mail or in person to reserve your student's seat.
